We are a For-Profit Engineering Firm. 4Creeks, Inc.

We are not the Coalition(s)/Irrigation District(s) that you are a member of, we do not set your Acreage/Member Fee(s).

This is the Frontend of a SaaS(Software as a Service) Online database.

From the need to store/compile/analysis data provided by members.

The Primary goal was to create a cost effect piece of software to lower Coalition Administrative costs, provide information to Growers, and create a way for Growers to update information at their convenience.

Functionality on the Site is individually Licensed.

Contact your Coalition about having them license the functionality.

You and your Coalition are solely responsible for all the information that gets reported to the state.

As a Member of a Coalition it is your personal responsibility to make sure that all your information is accurate, and upto date, we don't control what you, or your Coalition inputs on your behalf. Just like paying taxes or your bills.

Contact your Coalition for any questions you may have.

We do not support Individual members, our programming/administrative staff does not have the resources to support the thousands of members in each Coalition. If you've ever wondered what your member fees pay for, this would be it.

If there is a software issue it will be logged and our Programming staff will be notified.

In most cases issues are temporary, and fixes will happen transparently without you doing anything, just come back at a later time/date and try again. For large problems we will provide notifications informing you of any issues and what modules of the system are affected.

As long as your Coalition(s) renew their yearly Subscriptions(s) you will have access to your information 24/7/365. That being said this software runs on a server, and just like your car, things occasionally break. Our Programming/IT staff don't have life's and will restore service ASAP!

Should your Coalition choose to stop using our services we will provide all your information back to them.

Send all feed-back/suggestions to your coalition.

We work closely with all Member Coalitions to bring both the Coalition staff, and members the best tools and experience possible.

Yes, We will never add the ability to save Payment Information, we will only store: Payment Type, Payment Amount, Payment Date, and a Check Number(If Paid By Check). Your personal information is stored on a non-public Database Server, which communicates with our secure back-end

That being said nothing is invulnerable to malicious attacks: Sony Hack, eBay Hack. Both Sony, and eBay have IT/Security budgets in the hundreds of millions of dollars, yet still fell victim to exploits in their systems.

Coalition Pricing

We do our best to Provide fair pricing to even the smallest Coalitions. Never assume what Coalition A pays is what you will be Paying!!

Although you can look up the budgets of any Coalition that is currently Licensing this service, it is best any interested Coalition(s) contact us directly.

It's possible that fees could increase/decrease in the future.

Your Coalition account will be locked, once this happens Coalition Staff, and Growers will be unable to Log In.

We will provide you with all your Coalition Data should you choose to terminate the service.

As always contact us for pricing.

We separate our system just like a car manufacturer would with cars. Base Package which includes the functionality for members to View/Update their information, pay on-line, Coalition staff gets the Membership management dashboard, which allows Coalition staff to do things like Update member information, take payments, run reports.

Templates, Surface/Ground water programs, Technical reports, are all add-ons which have to be individually licensed.

In general a Coalition will never need custom functionality, all Coalitions share the same General Order, and the system is designed to meet those Requirements, Nothing more/Nothing less.

As public agencies you are all subject to the Freedom of Information Act, please keep this in mind when you decide you want to collect more data on your growers than what is required by the General Order.

Only your respective Coalition Staff, and the on-line systems Programmer should the need arise to do so.

Anyone not part of your Coalition(s) Staff will sign NDA(Non-Disclosure Agreements) as requested. These are usually signed before we prepare existing coalition data conversion.

We haven’t a clue, but aim to be nice to the next waiter, barista, technical assistant, phone operator, lifeguard, burger flipper, taxi driver, vegetable stacker, or drive-thru attendant that serves you!

That said, the answer to Life, the Universe, and Everything is 42.

Most likely user error.

If you are still having difficulties, please contact your Coalition.

"Soon" does not imply any particular date, time, decade, century, or millennia in the past, present, and certainly not the future. "Soon" shall make no contract or warranty between the programmers and the end user. "Soon" will arrive some day, Programmer does guarantee that "soon" will be here before the end of time. Maybe. Do not make plans based on "soon" as the programmer will not be liable for any misuse, use, or even casual glancing at "soon."

Maybe, but seeing as there is no way to contact him it is highly unlikely. Plus he loves his job (I as the Database Administrator was in no way forced to say this (Save Me, I haven't seen the sun in 3 years)).

This answer was in no way forced out of our DBA.
